This course is an integration of contemplative wisdom, relational attitudinal psychology, mindfulness based meditation practice, neuroplasticity and modern brain neuroscience and a compassionate focus on what  will help you here and now to enhance your mind-body spirit health and well being.  We'll discuss what resilience is and how we can re-wire our brain to deepen and cultivate it.  We'll practice mindfulness based meditation and mind-body healing and train the mind and heart.   This class involves practices, teachings, application and integration in life.  The mind can be a healer and the mind can be a slayer, we'll explore and experience the healing power of the mind.
