This interactive class on cultivating resilience is an integration of contemplative wisdom, relational attitudinal psychology, mindfulness based meditation practice, neuroplasticity and modern brain neuroscience and a compassionate practical focus on what will help you here and now to enhance your health and facilitate mind-body healing. We’ll discuss what resilience is and how we can re-wire our brain through mindfulness to strengthen it. We’ll discuss its therapeutic benefits and its clinical application and integration in treating and preventing chronic disease.
