Learn how to relate to pain mindfully and compassionately, with unconditional presence. Explore the nature of pain, which is an integral part of our lives. Acquire tools to avoid the development of feelings of resentment and anger towards pain that only aggravate the situation. We will explore the mind-body connection and how biography can become biology. By employing skillful means and practicing understanding, intention, and effort, we will embark on a healing journey as we work through old conditioned patterns to unlearn our pain.
There will be two sessions each day:
