This interactive class will help you focus on learning how to live life in the present moment and find joy, peace and happiness in the midst of life’s inevitable ups and downs. We will accomplish this through discussion, group support and learning the mind-body skills of mindfulness meditation, relaxation, stress reduction and attitudinal healing perspectives.
